Delivery Information

We deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods or postal delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information so you can check its progress.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our Henrietta Spencer boutique. Simply select the collection option at checkout.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
